First DVD release of anime series "Kuchu Buranko" besed on a hit novel, the 131st Naoki Prize winners, written by Hideo Okuda. The story revolves around the various odd patients of psychiatric service of Irabu General Hospital. The patients are puzzled by weird advice and behavior from an eccentric psychiatrist Irabu Ichiro, a son of director of the hospital.
