The woman, who causes an employee to be injured, claims her purpose is "to save humanity." Apparently, she blindly believed in a conspiracy theory that "humanity will perish unless a certain videotape is returned to its proper place." The interview team identifies the man who had been spreading the conspiracy theory online. When they speak with him, he says the video was once submitted to "Shi Gazo" and is horror footage even more terrifying than the infamous "Kuniko." The interview team digs up the video and sets out to uncover the true identity of what appears in the footage.
