The latest Patlabor installment is the third theatrical feature in the extremely popular animated movie series. The movie was directed by Fumihiko Takayama (Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket). Screenplay by Tori-Miki, the cult Manga artist, and the animation part was produced by studio Madhouse, with Yu Debuchi overseeing the whole production.
