G Unit administrator Sumiko Ozawa (Toko Fujita) becomes convinced that breaking this deadlock requires the power of Makoto Hikawa (Jun Kaname). But he is now imprisoned for a certain crime. In Hikawa's absence, Ozawa thinks of Shoichi Tsugami (Toshiki Kashu), the man who once fought the Unknown (unidentified lifeforms) with the mysterious power called Agito.
