This work was released at exactly midnight on January 1, 2000, as the world entered a new millennium. Continuing the primarily voice-and-guitar approach of the previous album "Michiro," it also features Toshiaki Ishizuka of Zuno Keisatsu on drums, who later formed NOTALIN'S with Michiro, Norihiko Yamakita on percussion, and Daisuke Yamaguchi on saxophone. This was Michiro's first release on Hokkyoku Bacteria for which he wrote both the lyrics and music for every track, and the artwork also uses photographs taken by Michiro himself.
