The latest work by pianist Toshiyuki Sekine, whose reissued records of the masterpieces "Strode Rode" and "Love For Sale" (both 1978) are a huge hit centered on Asia. For piano-trio fans and record fans, it is finished as a record you'll want to listen to over and over, with its focus on groove and melody, including numerous straight-ahead jazzmen originals and the beautiful melodic original "Longing", which is also the title tune. Recorded at "NK Sound Tokyo", which houses the famous Fazioli. Digipak packaging.
