A long-awaited recording of concerto works with orchestra by Pahud, one of today's leading flutists. Each piece is a distinctive and noteworthy flute concerto. The works by Prokofiev and Hosokawa were commissioned by Pahud himself, who has been actively working to expand the flute repertoire. The SACD hybrid edition is available only in Japan.
