#1 through #13 of the Vandread series was re-editted for this release with new additional cuts edited in, with the music renewed also. A "born-again" Vandread featuring the theme song 'Spacy Spicy Love' sung by the unit 'Mejer Pirates' comprised of the show's main female vocal cast.
