A new utopia of J-Pop blending Ecology & Technology! This is the debut EP from Hokkaido-born singer-songwriter Haruaki Shima. While inheriting the immense power that defined 1990s 2000s J-Pop, this EP features six refreshing pop songs that showcase her already exceptionally solid songwriting, arranging, vocal, and instrumental skills. For the recording, Shima handled the vocals and guitar herself, as well as the drums, bass, keyboards, and programming. She was joined by Kazuto Hataya (Key), a close friend from her days in Sapporo, Hokkaido; Sota Sakai (Dr); Naoya Shimizu (Ba), a live support member from the early days of her music career in Tokyo; and Fuga Akase ( Dr, as well as Zaki: Ba (Harukaze Records) and Per: Yusaku Sukino. Recording, mixing, and mastering were handled by Inotsume of COMPLEX Records and ayU tokiO. The artwork was designed by MATERIAL, who has worked on many projects related to COMPLEX and ayU tokiO.

インターネット・エステティックに隣接したエコ・フレンドリーな世界を、自身のルーツとなる00年代J-Popの上で鳴らし、歌う。Ecology & TechnologyなJ-POPの新・Utopia! 北海道出身SSW 志摩陽立 初となるEP作品。1990年代～2000年代J-popの誇った巨大なパワーを継承しつつ、すでに安定しまくりのソングライティング力・アレンジ力と歌唱力・演奏力が際立つ爽やかなポップソング全6曲を収録。レコーディングには、ヴォーカル/ギターをはじめ、ドラム/ベース/キーボードの演奏やプログラミングを志摩自身で行う他、地元北海道札幌時代からの親友である畑谷一颯: Key、酒井颯太: Dr、東京での音楽活動初期からのライブサポートメンバーである清水直哉: Ba、赤瀬楓雅: Dr、その他、ざき: Ba (春風レコード)、Per: 筋野優作らが参加。録音、ミックス、マスタリングはCOMPLEXレーベル主宰/ayU tokiO 猪爪が担当。アートワークデザインはCOMPLEX/ayU tokiO 周辺作品を多く手がけるMATERIALが担当。
