Packaging and overall quality is as high as ever. Over the years I never really has to use Customer Service. Over recent years global postal services have proved challenging and I’m pleased you have managed to get some good value offers for postage.

Try to restock CD's. There a lot in internet market but you hace very l�mites ir sold out.

Customer support has improved(this is compared to about 6 or 7 years ago) where they actually seem to give responses based on the information rather than a form letter. For when there is a concert + cd, it would be nice if the information were more clear if it were a full concert or a single song from a concert (maybe time lengths?). It seems like there has been less on cd japan these days, but maybe that is just people like animelo preventing sales over seas. Which is sad because we buy the Blu-ray because we can’t make the trip to Japan :(

One thing I will say You have been using some boxes that are long instead of square I been getting cracked jewel cases in those long boxes They don't take damage as well

Please also include the album tracklist. For used albums, please provide detailed information.
