アサイラム社製作、北欧神話のソーをモチーフに描くヒーロー・アクション・アドベンチャー!! 神の世界＜アスガルド＞で暮らすソーは、正義感は強いが己の力を過信する半人前の神。一方、新たな世界を生み出し支配しようとする邪神ロキの陰謀により、アスガルドと地球の二つの世界は滅亡の危機を迎えていた。そしてその鍵を握るのが、全てのパワーの源である「生命の木」。この木を石鎚で破壊すれば、全ての世界は終焉を迎える。そんな中、神々の王でソーの父でもあるオーディンは、石鎚を守るためにロキの手に落ちてしまう。無鉄砲なソーは、オーディンの部下であったヤルンサクサの制止を振り切りロキに復讐しようとするが、未熟なソーではロキに敵うはずもなかった。そしてソーはロキの追撃を避け、ヤルンサクサと共に人間界に降り立つが・・・。 デカ字幕採用。
