The photos were really pretty, but Hemeln wasn't wht I was expecting. I prefer Kirito in Pierrot then in his solo project. I wish Pierrot hadn't have broken up.

Kirito's vocals are quite definitely an acquired taste. Some will love them, some will hate them, but there doesn't seem to be much middle-ground. That being said, the songs can be a lot of fun to listen to, with great melodies and lyrics. If you're a fan of Pierrot or coming into Hameln from Kirito's more recent works, you'll probably love this album. If you're not familiar with Kirito or Pierrot, go for the samples and make sure you can deal with the unique vocals first.

The quintessential Kirito release. From the twinkling synth-tinged sound of 'The Sun' to the emotional 'DOOR', this album is sure to please. If you're new to Kirito, or haven't had a chance to pick this up yet, I recommend it 100%.

Kirito's album "Hameln" struck a major chord with me. It was like listening to Pierrot all-over again. Each song was new and exciting, and I was very happy with the emotional input in each song. 'Plot' is an exceptionally good song which speaks of laughing off your sadness and getting over the past. Each song has a meaning, and it's up to you to find out what's behind the song. This special edition of "Hameln" comes with a small photobook in which you can view pictures of the artist himself and check out the lyrics. If you liked Pierrot, You'll love Kirito's "Hameln".

Really good album. Although the photobook in this edition is usual booklet in bigger size, but in general this is a really nice one. I like it very much ^__^
