An interesting collection of new recordings of songs covering tokusatsu series from the 1967 through 1998.. Each of the two CDs begins with a theme from a video game, recorded by Ichiro Mizuki and Mitsuko Horie. There are 26 songs, 13 on each CD, covering Ultraman, Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, Metal Horoes, other Henshin Hero and, even one Heroine (Masked Angel Rosetta). Ten of the songs were recorded "live".There are 5 "cover" songs. Songs recorded by someone other than the original artiststs. Those are the OPs from Ultra Seven (The Kains in place of The Echoes), Ultraman Taro (Hironobu Kageyama & Apple Pie in place of Taro Takemura & Youth Choir Mizumi), Ultraman Leo (Ichiro Mizuki in place of the late Yuuki Hide), Kikaida (Mojo in place of Yuuki Hide) and Kikaida 01 (Hironobu Kageyama in place of the retired Masato Shimon). Kamen Rider is represented by two songs from Kamen Rider Black RX. Sentai is represented by OPs from Battle Fever J, Bioman and Jetman.Ultraman by BGM from Ultra Seven, OPs from Ultraman Taro, Leo and Gaia. Metal Heroes by OPs from all 3 Space Sherifs, Jiban, Winspector and Heavy Armor.B-Fighter. Henshin heroes are Kikaida, 01, Zubat and Voicelugger.
