The Giant Claw

[Machine Translation] A color restoration of the 1957 science fiction monster film. Produced by Sam Katzman, famous for his Ray Harryhausen films such as H-Bomb and Monsters of the Deep Sea. Directed by Fred F. Sears, who has worked on many Harryhausen films. The name of Harryhausen was initially suggested for the special effects staff, but it did not materialize. The lead role is played by Jeff Morrow ("Space Hydrobomb Battle" and "Kronos"), who was a star of science fiction movies at the time. Although the monster bird is cliched, the powerful battle scenes against the U.S. Air Force of the time and the tension-filled drama make this film one of the best SF films of the 1950s. --The film is a classic of the 50's sci-fi genre with its battle scenes of the U.S. Air Force of the time and its tense drama direction. As they investigate, the existence of an unexpected monster surfaces. And finally, it reveals itself! A giant monster bird from outer space attacks New York City and the entire world!
