[Machine Translation] Many traditional universities have school songs and cheer songs written by Japan's leading poets and composers. In particular, Waseda, Keio, and Meiji Universities have a treasure trove of famous songs. 伝統の大学には日本を代表する作詩家・作曲家による校歌・応援歌が多数ある。特に早稲田、慶應、明治の3大学は名曲の宝庫。坪内逍遥・相馬御風による「早稲田大学校歌」、古関裕而作曲「紺碧の空」、堀内敬三作詩作曲「若き血」、信時潔作曲「慶応義塾塾歌」、古賀政男作曲「紫紺の歌」そして山田耕筰作曲「明治大学校歌」など。昭和30年代に、猛練習に明け暮れていた、男声合唱による貴重音源、初めてのCD化となるが、青春の息吹まで感じとれるすばらしいもの。 ボーナストラックには昭和40年代のステレオ録音による名演奏、そして藤山一郎、伊藤久男、霧島 昇による歌唱も特別収録。 ジャケットも当時のLPデザインを復刻。 1958年作品。
