The band's musicality is based on a straightforward guitar rock sound, crossed with power pop-like sweetness and initial impulsiveness. The band's music is characterized by simple melodies that linger in the ear, nostalgic chords, and a live performance that turns "blueness" into a weapon. Vo/Gt Arita Kohei, who writes the lyrics, describes the frustration of youth and first love from the point of view of a clumsy and unrequited boy, based on his memories of his childhood friend, Ba Nakamura Kouhei. After releasing their first EP "Seishun Complete" in 2024, they changed their name to "The Adoban" in 2025, and the music video for "Chocolate", a song from their first mini album "Anata ni Naisho no Rukkismu", became a hot topic on SNS. At the end of 2025, they released a digital single, "Beetle Ride", which has become a standard live song. This is their second mini-album with 6 songs, and the theme is about ambiguous and shifting emotions like "yugurei". Despite the catchy song titles, the album is a condensed version of the band's current state, capturing the discomfort and sadness of everyday life. The opening track "Sexy" is an edgy guitar rock song, while "Moshi Moshi! is a fast and furious number that is sure to be a hit at live performances, and "Gekidamaioh" is a song with an impactful hook, just as the title suggests. The wide-ranging composition of "Beetle Ride", which is already gaining popularity in live performances, the emotional "Journey", and the lingering "Chouchou" will keep listeners on the edge of their seats. With a balance of initial impulse and pop-ness, this album will appeal to a wide range of indie rock〜guitar rock listeners. In conjunction with the release of this album, the band will be holding a nationwide tour 2026 "Deltoraquest" from June 27 in Iwata to August 16 in Sendai as a double-recorded split tour with THE KING OF ROOKIE, with the final leg of the tour to be a one-man show in Osaka and Tokyo. The tour will be followed by a one-man show in Osaka and Tokyo.

本作は、"ゆうぐれ"のように曖昧で移ろう感情をテーマにした全6曲入り2ndミニアルバム。キャッチーな楽曲タイトルと裏腹に、日常の違和感や切なさをすくい取った内容で、バンドの現在地が凝縮された1枚となっている。オープニングを飾る「セクシー」はエッジの効いたギターロック、「もしも!」はライブ映えする疾走感あるナンバー、「激辛大王」はタイトル通りのインパクトでフックを担う楽曲。さらに、既にライブで支持を集めている「カブトムシに乗って」、エモーショナルに展開する「ジャーニー」、余韻を残す「シュシュ」と、振り幅の広い構成でリスナーを飽きさせない。初期衝動とポップネスのバランスが際立つ内容。
