Watasaburo is a lonely hero who is still haunted by his past. This moody action film directed by master filmmaker Takashi Nomura depicts the sorrow of a yakuza turned vengeful gangster, based on the hit song by Might Guy Akira. This is also the only film in which Akira teamed up with Yoshinaga Sayuri, who gives a wonderful performance as the 17-year-old Yoshinaga Sayuri, a woman in love.
