2008年の春からスタートした、NHK教育テレビの番組「シャキーン!」の音源&映像の商品化、第2弾! 問い合わせ殺到の「クラッパラ!」収録! 「シャキーン!」は子どもたちを"シャキーン!"と目覚めさせて、楽しい一日のスタートを切ってもらう知的エンターテイメント番組。舞台は、雲の上まで突き出した木の上にある謎の秘密基地。木とテレビが融合したかのような"へんてこな生き物"の「ジュモクさん」(声: 片桐仁)と元気な女の子「あやめちゃん」(小島あやめ)が、学校で友達と話題にしたくなるようなトピックを次々と紹介する。2009年4月からは一部のコーナーがリニューアルされ、新キャラクターとしてネコッパチ(声: やついいちろう)が加わった。クイズ、即興ゲーム、思わず考えてしまう"哲学的"な歌やアニメなど、子どもたちが五感や記憶力・観察力・表現力を動かせるコンテンツが盛りだくさん。
