ジャパニーズ・ゾン流の決定版! 鬼才・山本政志が挑む新境地!! 両親が3日間の旅行に立ったその日、ノブは恋人のユキを家に招いた。2人にとって、始めてのお泊まりだ。しかし、それは悪夢の3日間の始まりだった・・・。食材を買いに出かけた近所の八百屋。さっきまで、普段通りに優しかった八百屋のおばさんが突然豹変し、2人に襲いかかってきたのだ! 混乱し、怯えながら家に逃げ戻るノブとユキ。そこに訪れた新聞の集金屋に助けを求めるが、彼もまた人が変わったように凶暴化し、ユキを襲う。辺りを見渡せば、死人のような目の色をした隣人たちが、周辺にうごめいている。見慣れたはずの近所の風景は、いつしかゾンビたちのひしめく地獄へと変わり果てていたのだ・・・。
