惨殺された女の死体に妖艶な刺青! 白い肌の秘密に挑む血風捕物陣! 老齢となった高山藩の大殿・三楽斎。江戸城攻略秘図を後に伝えるため、腰元四人の背中に秘図の隠し場所を示す刺青を彫る。ところが完成直後に三楽斎は亡くなってしまい、その刺青を彫ったお蝶が何者かに襲われて命こそ助かったのだが、深傷を負ってさらには記憶を失ってしまう。腰元たちもお宿下りで散り散りになっていくのだった。そしてある夜に腰元のお雪が殺害される。佐七が真相を探る中、何者かにお雪の屍体が持ち去られてしまう。秘図の在処を探す家老、謎の素浪人、暗躍する正体不明の隠密。お雪の刺青に彫られていたお蝶の銘を手懸りに真相を追う佐七。そんな中、さらなる犠牲者が・・・。
