One day, Soseki is having trouble with his writing and takes a walk to Shoseiji Temple in Kisarazu as a distraction. There he hears the voice of his late wife. A few days later, Soseki is killed in a car accident. Sakiko, who had been looking forward to seeing Soseki again, rushes to his side, but Soseki does not remember her. Soseki had lost his memory as a result of the accident. Thus, the couple began a strange life of separation in heaven...

逢いたい人は誰ですか? 天国で再会した、とある夫婦の物語。「今、あなたに逢いたい。」・・・心温まるファンタジック・ラブコメディ。「島ぜんぶでおーきな祭 第13 回沖縄国際映画祭」特別招待作品。木更津・上総の文化発展の為に発足した「かずさ映画製作委員会」が製作。キャストは数々の名作ドラマに出演してきた手塚理美と国広富之がどこか不思議な世界で再会する夫婦を、堤下敦 (インパルス)がコミカルな酒屋の青年役を演じる。さらには下條アトム、冨樫真、佐々木心音、副島淳 等が出演。 ――心臓病により妻、咲子 (手塚理美)に先立たれた後、一人娘で妊婦の愛とその夫で出版社に務める秀樹と同居している小説家の夫、志田漱石 (国広富之)。ある日、漱石は執筆に悩み、気晴らしの散歩で木更津・證誠寺 (しょうじょうじ)を訪れていた。そこで亡き妻の声を聞く。数日後、漱石は自動車事故に遭い死んでしまう。漱石との再会を心待ちにして居た天国の咲子は、いそいそと漱石の元に向かうが、漱石は自分のことを覚えていなかった。漱石は事故の影響で記憶を無くしてしまっていたのだ。こうして夫婦は天国で奇妙な別居生活を始めるのだった・・・。
