Absurdity

[Machine Translation] In May 2014, United's 10th studio album was released after 7 years of miraculously recovering from a moment of despair when leader Akihiro Yokoyama (b) unexpectedly passed away! This is a fully-armed thrash metal album full of power, speed, and aggression, full of energy and back to the roots! The new bassist is GEORGE, a long-time member of JURASSIC JADE, who has supported UNITED since the death of Yokoyama. His aggressive and punchy bass playing has already become a key element of the band's sound on this album. The guitar work of HALLY and SHINGO, the strongest twin guitar team Japan has ever boasted in the world, is nothing short of powerful. UNITED, long awaited by many fans, finally returns with their strongest thrash album to date! Also of note is the guest appearance of ANZA from HEAD PHONES PRESIDENT on the seventh track ("May"). The album was recorded and mixed by Fuyuhiko Inui of Tapestry Recording Studio, who also worked on OUTRAGE ( RAGING OUT ), IN FOR THE KILL ( IN FOR THE KILL ), and SOLITUDE ( REACH FOR THE SKY ).

レコーディング、ミックスには、OUTRAGE「RAGING OUT」やIN FOR THE KILLの「IN FOR THE KILL」、SOLITUDE「REACH FOR THE SKY」などを手がけた、タペストリー・レコーディング・スタジオの乾冬比古が担当。
