I bought both versions and I'm very satisfied with the CDs. I absolutely love Low Rider. It's probably my favourite TOKIO song of all time. The CDs also included TOKIO Station (Web & Radio) which is a nice bonus. The music video for Ai! Wanna Be With You is funny as expected from TOKIO.
