Description

[Machine Translation] Re-release of the immortal masterpiece that is regarded as Nicholas Roeg's best work! A small sister and her brother suddenly step into a primitive, unknown world. They are left behind on the fringes of civilization, living as if they were living in the Stone Age. There, the older sister sees true love that burns fiercely, and the younger brother sees the vigorous vitality of life! The film was mastered using a high-definition HD digital master produced by Criterion, Inc. of the United States. --One day, a 14-year-old Australian city dweller and her 6-year-old brother go on a picnic in the desert with their father. However, the father goes mad, shoots at the children, and kills himself. Left alone in the vast desert, they continue their journey to survive, but they run out of water and food. An Aboriginal boy appears and saves them. The two continue their journey together with the help of the boy, with whom they cannot communicate...
