Description

[Machine Translation] A large combo piece that conveys the fervor of Mingus's jazz workshop. Mingus' bass cuts into the tremendous chords of the group. On the other hand, the dialogue with Eric Dolphy on a ballad is heartbreaking. A masterpiece that is a counterpart to "Presenting Mingus". MDM", the initials of Monk, Duke, and Mingus, is a dream come true for Mingus, who longed for a big band sound. The big band theme is followed by a masculine jam session style solo. They all have their own unique characteristics. The music is so powerful that it gives you goosebumps when you listen to it at a high volume.
