'Yosei No Mori' ('A Story of Mysterious Forest') is the best (imho) album from the best (imho) Japanese prog band. Like 'Foxtrot' from Genesis or 'Close To The Edge' from Yes... it can be a gem for any "Canterbury scene' collector, because at their early years mr. Yozox and Co copied some jazz-prog musical hints from bands like Caravan, Soft Machine and Hatfield & The North, and at their last years they played twogether with old Canterbury Scene stars like sir Richard Sinclair of Caravan-Camel-Hatfield fame... Back to this first band's album, i must admit that it is not as boring as Ain Soph' albums from '90-2000, but is as complex as it should be for a real 'Canterbury sounding' album, and it is as accessible, as it should be for being swallowed by any non-advanced prog listener... A+ and non the less!
