A coming-of-age film in which the melancholy of men who cannot fit into society explodes. -- "Ryo of Hama," the legendary man who tore down the Daisan Keihin on a modified Suzuki 370SP, has thrown away his bike and works as a hired manager of a snack bar. With the first anniversary of the death of his friend Tetsuji, who died in an accident, approaching, the friends around him are eager to speed once more together with Ryo. Lupin, the bosozoku biker gang of Honmoku that is in conflict with Ryo group, and Hane, a middle-aged man who burns with an abnormal obsession for hunting bosozoku by truck. Everyone was about to greet the September of the first anniversary, all of them blazing...

音楽は宇崎竜童、キーアートのイラストは石井隆。世間に馴染めない男たちの哀愁が爆発する青春映画。──スズキ370SPの改造車で第三京浜をぶっ飛ばした伝説の男、"ハマのリョウ"はバイクを棄て、スナックの雇われマスターをしている。事故死した仲間の徹司の一周忌を目前にして、周りの仲間たちはリョウとともにもう一度疾走しようと意気込む。リョウたちと対立関係にある本牧の暴走族ルパン、そしてトラックで暴走族狩りに異常な執念を燃やす中年男の羽根。誰もがギラギラしながら一周忌の九月を迎えようとしていた・・・。
