[Machine Translation] A super rarity. German maestro Ferdinand Leitner is well-known for his frequent guest appearances with the N-Kobe Symphony Orchestra. His Brahms works are highly acclaimed worldwide, and he has performed Brahms Symphonies Nos. 1, 2, and 4 with the NHK Symphony Orchestra. All of them are now available on CD. In addition, "Variations on a Theme by Haydn" and "German Requiem" are also included. The performance is a masterpiece, full of human warmth in a leisurely flow, and is a representative masterpiece of German music by the NHK Symphony Orchestra. The "German Requiem," with Eiko Soga and Yasuo Yoshino's excellent singing, is a performance that many people wanted to hear one more time. Ms. Soga sang the German Requiem many times, and this is one of the best performances of the German Requiem. She has given her approval. Please look forward to it. Please note that some of the old recordings may be difficult to listen to due to tape deterioration. Please understand this in advance.
