The album features the voice of vocalist Yuho Sano with unprecedented transparency, gentleness, and power. Yoshinari Sato, who is in charge of music, has spent a year creating this album, which combines elements of traditional folk, country, Irish, Japanese children's songs, and rock and pop music. The recording engineer is Naoyuki Uchida, who is also active in the reggae dub unit "DRY&HEAVY" and "LITTLE TEMPO," and the sound has evolved to a more advanced level, full of their charm. Guests include Takayoshi Matsunaga, bassist of the legendary band MUTE BEAT, veteran pianist Tatsuro Kondo, who has worked on the soundtrack of the movie "Kamome Shokudo," and up-and-coming percussionist Takako Sato.

前作「道はつづく」発表以降、フジロック、サマーソニックなど大型イベントへの出演を果たし、堤幸彦監督作品映画「包帯クラブ」のサウンドトラックを担当するなど、活動の場を広げ続けるハンバートハンバートの、約2年振り通算6作目となるオリジナル・アルバム! ボーカル佐野遊穂のこれまでにない透明感とやさしさ、そして力強さあふれる歌声を惜しみなく収録。楽曲を担当する佐藤良成は、これまでのトラッドフォーク、カントリー、アイリッシュ、日本の童謡といったルーツ指向に加え、ロックやPOPSの要素を併せ持った力作を1年間かけて制作。レコーディング・エンジニアにはレゲエダブユニット"DRY&HEAVY"や"LITTLE TEMPO"などでも活躍している内田直之氏を起用し、サウンド面でもより進化した彼らの魅力が満載。伝説のバンドMUTE BEATの名ベーシスト・松永孝義、映画「かもめ食堂」のサントラなどを手がけるベテランピアニスト・近藤達郎、気鋭のパーカッショニスト・佐藤貴子といった豪華布陣がゲスト参加。
