A very comprehensive guide on drawing scenery along with buildings and contains tips about lighting and perspective. The book is written all in Japanese but the images are very easy to follow even if you don't know the language. As for shipping, it came within 2-3 weeks in careful packaging (it was difficult to unpack the box so I guess you'll know that your product will be safe).
