Miss Education / Original Title: the Miseducation of Cameron Post

[Machine Translation] Montana is the cowgirl town of Miles City. Cameron Post is a rambunctious 12-year-old girl. She and her best friend, Irene, are the best of friends, but they are also rivals, constantly challenging each other to "jump off a bridge into the river," "get a road sign," and other impossible tasks. One day during the hot summer vacation, Irene challenges Cam in the barn at the farm. Can you kiss me? Can you kiss me? The next day, her parents are killed in a car accident. In this LGBT coming-of-age novel, Cameron Post, a gay girl who is aware of her sexual orientation but struggles with the lack of understanding and religious conflicts around her, finds her identity through the support of her friends. Winner of the Grand Prix for Drama at the Sundance Film Festival ( 2018 ) Japanese translation of the original novel!
