A, Motonomokuami (Bungei Sha Bunko)

[Machine Translation] Kiami, who runs a massage parlor in Nara-machi, bears a striking resemblance to Tsutsui Jun'aki, a military commander of Yamato Province. Because of this, he is chosen to serve as a body double for Jun'aki, who is confined to his sickbed. If his true identity is revealed, he will surely lose his life... Amid these tense days, a series of inexplicable incidents begin to occur both inside and outside the castle. The disappearance of a retired monk s concubine, a band of thieves operating in the shadows, rumors of people possessed by fox spirits, and the ominous maneuvers of Matsunaga Hisahide. What at first seemed like separate mysteries eventually converge, revealing a massive conspiracy that threatens to shake the foundations of Yamato. A lighthearted historical tale featuring the somewhat endearing Kiam and the intertwining ambitions and schemes of its characters.
