This spoolie blends products beautifully with firm bristles yet soft on the skin. It does not scratch my skin and gives a lovely natural finish when I apply pencil brow. It works well with various eye brow pencil so I'm very happy with this purchase. As well, I use this spoolie to remove clumps on my mascara.
I started with the 2 GSN spoolies, and had to get the G series ones as well. Which other manufacturer besides Chikuhodo would think of giving us spoolies made out of natural hair? I love the G-14 most for brows out of the 4. The GSN-14 is its equivalent in the GSN series but the goat hair in the G-14 is less dense and more flexible, and hence feels softer on the skin while combing the brow hair. The GSN-14 is made of thinner and denser raccoon hair, and while it's soft at the base, the hairs become shorter and shorter towards the tip and can feel a little scratchy there. Having said that, the GSN-14 is my favorite for clearing eyelashes of powder residue at the very end.
