[Queen of Darkness] This is the debut album of Maki Asakawa and one of the Japanese acid folk masterpiece of the underground. This work has attracted attention from abroad. Influenced by black music such as Helia Jackson and Billie Holiday. This album's perfection makes it hard to believe that it was released in 1973. Produced by theater writer Shuji Terayama. Includes "Chicchana Koro kara," which is a Japanese rare groove classic.
