Song-guk, a house owner, is a stingy, cheap, and unsuccessful novelist. Hwajeong, the tenant, is a cheerful coffee shop girl. They are complete opposites, but fate has brought them together! Kim Seung-woo of "Hotelier" plays the main character, Songguk, an unsuccessful writer. He gives a charming performance as a "cheapskate and cheapskate," a man who has no love life because he is so desperate for money, has no heater even in winter, and throws away garbage in front of his church without permission. Kim Jung Eun of "Lovers in Paris" plays Hwa Jung, the girl at the coffee shop who changes everything in his life. She is the reigning queen of romantic comedies, and her performance is becoming more and more mature, and her performance with Kim Seung Woo in this film is the birth of a "dream couple" !!!
