Description

[Machine Translation] [A Western gem that depicts indomitable men and was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Screenplay! --Young sheriff Ben Owens is a rookie sheriff who is still inexperienced. Fonda gives a fine performance as Mogue Hickman, a skilled bounty hunter who rescues Ben when he confronts thugs and nearly loses his life, and gives him pointers on guns. He has become an icon of the Western genre with his presence and performance. Mogue says to Ben, 'If you're a decent man, you're a killer. If you're a decent man, you don't want to kill people. But when you pull out your gun, shoot to kill. Mogue demonstrates these words through his actions. Eventually, the time comes for Ben to put his words into practice.
