It is an adaptation of "Refrain" from "Songline," and has a fast-paced feel reminiscent of the monochrome set "Wallflower. Midsummer Incident '99" is a rare gem featuring a song by Miki Hirayama (self-cover), arranged by Seiichi Yamamoto, and performed by Rashinban. All six tracks are 45RPM.
