Description

Blu-ray release from the film "Kamui the Ninja" directed by Yoichi Sai ("Art of Revenge"). Starring Kenichi Matsuyama ("Death Note"). The story is set in 17th century Japan. The main protagonist Kamui, who used to be an Iga ninja mainly because of poverty, now flee from his clan and in search of true freedom. One day, just after a battle with chasers from the clan, he come across a mysterious fisherman Hanbe. He gets to an island where Hanbe and his family lives. And he realizes that Hanbe's wife Sugaru is formerly a Iga ninja and now she lives as a common woman. She is someone whom Kamui once used to try to kill. . . Includes a bonus DVD with making-of footage, greetings, and more. Also includes a postcard. *The DVD disc is encoded for region 2 (Japan, Europe, and Middle East), and no subtitles are included.
