This release fully captures his live performance from the Colorado show on July 17 2024.

自身の音楽ルーツを再訪したカヴァー・アルバム『オージィ・オブ・ザ・ダムド』を2024年発表した現代最高のギター・ヒーロー、スラッシュ。そのアルバムを引っ提げ、スラッシュ自らキュレートしたブルース・アーティスト達によるフェス型ツアー"S.E.R.P.E.N.T. Festival"を2024年夏に開催した。そのツアーより、2024年7月17日のコロラド公演でのスラッシュのライヴを完全収録したのが本作。アルバム録音に参加した主要メンバーを従え、アルバム収録曲を中心にボブ・ディラン「悲しみは果てしなく」、ジミ・ヘンドリックス「ストーン・フリー」なども披露しており、スラッシュの音楽ルーツをさらに深堀りできる内容。"S.E.R.P.E.N.T."とはスラッシュがこのフェスで標榜した理念: Solidarity (結束), Engagement (関与), Restore (復活), Peace (平和), Equality (平等) N' Tolerance (寛容)の頭文字を取ったネーミングだが、同時に「蛇」=Serpentに掛けてもいる (かつてのバンド名はSlash's Snakepit)。日本先行発売。
