Kaoru Hanamura (Haru), despite graduating from the University of Tokyo and having previously worked for the major Mitsuhashi Shoji, struggles greatly in her job search. Repeatedly questioned about her reason for leaving, she insists it was "for career advancement," yet there are virtually no companies with a higher status than Mitsuhashi Shoji, leaving even her recruitment agent at a loss. One day, she receives an offer from Mamie Hidaka (Rina Kawaei), president of RAINBOWLAB, who was supposed to have rejected her, to work as a tutor for her daughter. Mami, who exudes the aura of a former delinquent, offers Kaoru a high reward to prepare her six-year-old undisclosed daughter Iroha (Aoi Ikemura) for entrance exams. On the first day as a tutor, Iroha appears obedient in front of Mami, but the moment she is alone with Kaoru, she makes a series of cheeky remarks, revealing the hidden realities behind the tutoring job where many quit despite the generous working conditions.
