K-1 World Max 2008 World Championship Tournament -Final 8 & Final-

This DVD contains every single fight from both the Final 8 and the Final. Great to just lay back and watch the both full events in one sitting. The extras look pretty cool, I wouldn't know since I can't understand Japanese. But they're still fun to watch. One caveat though, if you are looking for all the ceremony - Event Opening, Pre-fight fluff videos and fighter entrances - you won't find it. Was a bit disappointed at first until I realized I only ever watch them once or twice before skipping over them. The fights are presented one after the other in full, starting from the ring announcements. So if you watch from start to finish, you're getting pure K-1 fights pretty much the whole time. The features are: -Pre-event press conferences for both events -Post-fight interviews -A behind the scenes type feature for the Final The lack of fighter entrances or at least the event opening ceremonies is a bit disappointing, but all the fights are here, and in the end, it's the fights, not the ceremony that makes K-1 great.
