DJ KAWASAKIの移籍第一弾となる3rdアルバムは、初の日本人ヴォーカルを迎え、日本語詞の楽曲を制作。Featuringで起用するのはクラブ・シーンで絶大なる人気を誇る東京ナンバーワンMC、COMA-CHI。DABOとともにカバーした「つつみ込むように・・・」など、このところ歌モノの評価も高いCOMA-CHIがKAWASAKIのHOUSEトラックに歌を乗せる。アルバムのコンセプトは、ロマンテック (Roman Tech)。ロマンテック=ロマンティック+テック(テクノ)を意味し、従来までの華麗にして流麗なメロディーとコード進行は維持しながらも、デトロイトテクノの影響を取り入れ、エレクトリックなサウンドに進化している。またジャケットのモデルには加治マヤを起用。これまでも藤井リナや、大屋夏南など、ブレイク直前のモデルを絶妙なタイミングでセレクトしてきた鬼才・米原康正が今作もフォトグラファーを務め、KAWASAKIならではのアートワークを固める。
