Description

[Machine Translation] Raika Fathien, an African-French vocalist who has attracted attention not only in the jazz scene but also in other fields, has released a tribute album to Billie Holiday with Robert Glasper under the name of Raika Fathien. The album was produced by Michel Ndegeocello, the first female bassist to be named "Bassist of the Year" by Bass Guitar magazine and "Breathtaking Hope" by Rolling Stone magazine. The album includes jazz standards with lyrics and vocals by Laika, and also includes Bjork's classic "Yoga," which shows her high level of musicality.
