To commemorate the occasion, two of the world's most prestigious classical labels, Deutsche Grammophon and Decca, have carefully selected 94 essential Mozart recordings. In addition, the series includes six genre-focused best collections featuring masterpieces and acclaimed performances across Symphonies, Chamber Music, Opera/Vocal Works, Orchestral Works, Concertos, and Instrumental Music, bringing the total to 100 titles in this collection. Each release comes in a cardboard sleeve packaging with a cohesive jacket design. Twelve main colors serve as the theme, with each title featuring Mozart works carefully selected to match the mood and imagery suggested by that color, so choosing a color (jacket) based on your mood may help you discover the perfect selection for the moment. The series also showcases stunning artwork in 100 distinct shades, all derived from the main colors, and features the SHM-CD format for enhanced audio quality.
