Almost 3 years for the cd to be shipped but the wait was totally worth it. The album is so well constructed, i'm in love with the packaging and the big poster is perfect!! Thank you Cdjapan for holding my package for so long and not cancelling the order <3

The album came quickly and in good condition, especially considering it was shipped to the U.S. It arrived in a sturdy box and the handbook album was wrapped in a thin sheet. I placed an order when the page stated that the exclusive bonus is available, but did not receive it. After contacting customer service, I was told that the bonus was sold out, despite what the page of the product initially stated. I was really upset with this because I ordered with the intention of receiving the poster, but I assume the page was not updated accordingly. Regardless, the product itself is amazing, but not the incorrect information provided by the website. Understandably, it is best to contact customer service as quickly as possible to confirm details of the product. This is why my rating is low.

Thank you so much CDJapan for selling the album and shipping it to Malaysia! My first time purchasing here and will definitely purchase more Japan exclusive albums in the future! The packaging and all was tip-top condition!
