Description

[Machine Translation] Strickland, Glasper's most popular player, played straight jazz in the early days of his career. Marcus Strickland is one of the most talented saxophonists on the Blue Note label today. He is also one of the natives of Fresh Sound New Talent. Although he has recently been working on a sound with a strong hip-hop flavor, his early work on this album is based on hard bop and modal jazz. With Robert Glasper as one of the sidemen, this album is a full-fledged development of their idea of acoustic jazz. This is a piece that even now has the feel of a classic. Members: Marcus Stricland(ts,ss), E.J.Strickland(ds), Robert Glasper(p), Brandon Owens(b) Recorded: August 18 and December 18, 2000

Note: This is an import edition (manufactured outside of Japan).

Description in Japanese

メンバー: Marcus Stricland(ts,ss), E.J.Strickland(ds), Robert Glasper(p), Brandon Owens(b) 録音: August 18 and December 18, 2000
