New Customer Review

Bill Evans’s Portrait in Jazz is a famous and well-loved album. I bought this edition because I was curious about the CD’s green coating, and I’m very pleased with the sound quality. The difference compared with my previous CD is not dramatic, but this version sounds a little clearer to my ears. Overall, it is a very enjoyable listen.

Getz/Gilberto is a classic album with many excellent digital versions already available. I bought this CD to try the green-coated edition, and overall, it sounds great. There is a slightly veiled quality to the sound, similar to what I hear in other versions. To my ears, this seems to be a characteristic of the original recording. Overall, I’m pleased with this purchase.

Ella and Louis is one of my all-time favorite albums. I already own a high-resolution digital version and two different vinyl editions, so I bought this CD out of curiosity about its green coating. I’m extremely pleased with it. Ella’s voice sounds wonderfully full-bodied and smooth, with a beautiful, lustrous quality. Listening to this edition has been a real pleasure, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Diana Krall’s Live in Paris offers excellent sound quality and wonderful performances. Her voice is beautifully captured, with its rich texture and subtle nuances coming through clearly. I’m not sure whether the CD’s green coating makes a difference, but the sound feels especially vivid to me. I’m very happy with this CD.

Nat King Cole’s Christmas album is the one I listen to most during the winter season. I already own a high-resolution digital version and a vinyl copy, but I bought this edition to try the SHM-CD. The sound is decent, though it did not quite meet my expectations. I’ve since heard that a green-coated UHQCD edition is coming soon. Had I known, I probably would have waited for that release instead.

Helen Merrill with Strings offers good sound quality and wonderful performances. To my ears, this SHM-CD sounds better than a standard CD, though I’m not sure how much of that comes from the SHM-CD format itself. Compared with the high-resolution digital version, it falls a little short. Overall, it is an enjoyable album, and I’m happy with this purchase.

This variant of Petal is absolutely awesome to own! The OBI design is amazing! Must have for any Arianator!

If you are into Pearl Jam and Nirvana then you got to get this album. Lovley digipack package with obi strip.

Shed sevens debut album is an absolute gem of an album and sounds quite superb in SHM format. This album is rocky, broody and all the trademarks of a band wanting to make a big statement. The album starts with the brilliant dirty soul, brilliant guitar from Paul banks then on to the very catchy speakeasy, Rick Witter's vocals are superb throughout there are no fillers on this album, Casino girl and dolphin are massive tracks then the slow and quite superb ocean pie, the album ends with on an Island with you Shed sevens equivalent of the stone roses i am the resurrection in my opinion. This album is a must for all shed seven completists and anyone who like some of their brilliant singles over the years but has never listened to the debut go and get this. Since they reformed they have gone from strength to strength two number one albums.I have seen them live are they are brilliant, I hope my review helps.

This best-of collection brings together many of Nat King Cole’s most famous songs. The performances are wonderful, and his warm, distinctive voice is as captivating as ever. Overall, I’m pleased with this album, though I wish the sound were a little more vivid. It is still a very enjoyable collection.

Beautiful presented in digipack trifold edition with famous striking cover, sound is also great so do not hesitate.

I received it fast even if I'm on the other side of the globe, well packed and I really liked the albums!

Sumi Jo’s La Promessa is a wonderful collection of Italian songs. The album was very popular in the 1990s, especially among music lovers. The track selection is excellent, and her beautiful vocal tone comes through especially well on this CD. It is reasonably priced and a pleasure to listen to. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

This classic Blue Note album has received plenty of accolades and for good reason: it contains an all-star lineup and the compositions straddle different streams and transform with each solo.

Product arrived in perfect condition, simple yet effective packaging. As for the product, it’s a great release, with crystal clear Full HD image and high quality audio. It’s a shame that it comes in a regular CD case, not a plastic Bluray case, and the booklet is rather simple. Other than that, excellent buy.

This is the album that introduced me to Bruce Springsteen. Great album and fantastic CD sound. The 3 disc live recording is a big plus. Great packaging. Highly recommended.

After exploring the outer orbits of experimentation on albums like Ascension, this meditative album feels grounded, like the calm after a storm. Its pleasures are only enhanced when listened to in the context of Coltrane's oeuvre. Coltrane, Pharoah Sanders, and Alice Coltrane: the personnel are spiritual jazz royalty.

This synthy fusion of jazz, funk, and soul finds Roy Ayers' Ubiquity leaning a bit more into soul and laidback vibes.

Great album expanded plus live recordings. Great sound in SACD and Blu Ray is a plus. Highly recommended.

A Strange and Wonderful Adventure Penguin Highway has a very distinctive combination of childhood adventure, mystery, science fiction, and everyday life. The appearance of penguins in an ordinary suburban town creates an unusual mystery, while the young narrator gives the story a curious and imaginative perspective. The story gradually expands from a small local mystery into something much larger and more mysterious. It is a good example of a Japanese novel that can feel imaginative and cinematic while still having plenty of ordinary details and humor.
