This doesn’t apply to this order. Unfortunately, the support service is getting worse and worse. I ask about one thing, and the support service responds about something else. I have the impression that the support service wants to get rid of the questions as soon as possible.

CdJapan has been my number one source for Japanese music for 21 years. They have a great selection of items in stock and will do their best to find things for you via their proxy service, if they don’t have the item. The prices are great, the shipping is incredible. They’re very clear and prompt if you have questions or concerns-honestly they’re probably my favorite online shop ever!! Also I’ve gotten now, maybe 6 vinyl records from them and they all look like I went the shops and bought them there myself, not even the slightest damage to the sleeves (no bent corners). All the way from Japan to New Hampshire, USA. I love CdJapan!!!

The only frustrating issue this summer has been the disruption to shipping options, encurring extra costs, but I completely understand this is a beyond CDJapan's control.

1) Would be good to list all tracklists for CD/DVD/Blu-ray releases as sometimes the Japanese release is slightly different or has extra tracks. I know you do this normally, but it isn't on all releases. 2) Sometimes even with the default packaging, your system won't allow adding items to order. I currently have an order on hold waiting for stock but weren't allowed to add another CD to shipment. 3) You do have a great service... Keep it up. Thank you.

Suggest to provide better and more solid package to protect for international delivery orders.

I was disappointed by your three-figure per order limit. I had to split an order for four Nendoroid figures into two separate orders. Nendoroid figures are small and four could easily fit in one box. There are no such restrictions when I buy four Nendoroids directly from Good Smile.

I often see vinyl pre-orders going out of stock before the release date. It would be great if you could stock more copies of such albums. For example: Funky Stuff by Jiro Inagaki is currently out of stock.

Why have a comment have to be at least 50 words? Also, any way to lower shipping costs?
