I got my last order completely wet (the whole parcel was wet) I don't know where it happened (Japan, Spain...) Nevertheless, the CDs were in perfect condition, so no problem at all.
more bonus gifts for pre-order items will be much attractive.
It would be great if CDJapan introduces the option to prepay VAT for all shipping methods again.

As soon as I hear about an upcoming release by one of my favorite artists, I can find the item listed by CDJapan. I can count on the items being packaged tightly. I like receiving updates on my order, including the shipping and tracking information. I like the options of allowing CDJapan to handle all the additional taxes and fees in advance. The box arrived damaged but the contents were OK. This probably happened in the UK.
Would it be possible to have a service where you can delay the delivery of items so that you can bundle more items into the delivery. (Especially for pre-orders)
