How to Make an Addition

  1. Add proxy items you want to the cart.
  2. To add proxy items to an existing order, click the 'Add to Existing Order' button, which is placed below the "Checkout" button.

  3. Choose the order you'd like the item to be added to.

Non-addable Items

  • Items with a catalog number starting with "NEODSGB"
    Only items with a catalog number starting with "NEODAI" are eligible for addition. If you would like to add an item with a catalog number starting with "NEODSGB", please send a request to us first.

  • Items with a release date more than 60 days apart from other products
  • Items exceeding the limitation of the quantity (including those in other orders)
  • Items subject to sales region restrictions

Eligible Orders

For credit cards (Status: Authorized): When adding an item, you may see a new transaction in addition to your original transaction, which may appear to be a double charge. However, please note that both your original and new transactions are authorization requests only. Your original authorization will be released, and the new transaction will become the final payment. The payment will be finalized either on the shipping date or, if the order takes more than 25 days to ship, 25 days after the authorization date. See more details here.

For Paypal: when adding an item via Paypal, we will re-charge you for the whole order total and will then process a full refund for the original order total.

Non-Eligible Orders

You may not add on for the following payment methods or statuses.

If the existing items in your order are still able to purchase on our website (make sure to check if the bonuses are still available, if any), you may be able to have all items sent together by cancelling the existing order first and then re-placing a new order for all of the items.

If you would like to do this, make sure to contact us first and check if you can still cancel the original order. Do not go ahead and re-place the new order as the original order may not be in a state where we can cancel.

Important Notes

  • Cancellation: Please note that proxy items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. See more details here.
  • Price Changes: Please note that the price of a proxy item may change depending on availability and market conditions. If the price offered at other websites turn out to be more than 1,000yen than the price originally offered at our website, we will contact you asking if you wish to proceed with the item in the new price or not.
